Another fridge is DOWN!

Sigh.. Did I mention that my tenant, Cammy, sms'd me on Saturday morning to inform me that the refrigerator in the house is not working! Cor blimey! Another problem AGAIN??? How come problems never end one??!!!

So I told her that in the event that it needs to be fixed, they'll have to pay for it! Unless.. it's totally spoilt.. & when that happens, I'll probably have to get it replaced :(

Went over later that day to check out. Managed to get in touch with a repairman who will go over on Monday evening to assess fault & repair if possible.
