回头草，能吃吗？

Some years back, I remembered a conversation with an ex-colleague whereby we were talking about 好马不吃回头草. She retorted & asked 好草为何不可吃？

I would've agreed with her in the past had I not gone through the past one year. To me now, the fact that we have left that patch of grass, it simply means that it's no longer consummable. If it's 好草, it would have all been eaten up in the first place. Nothing good would be left even if we return. What's left behind is definitely not palatable or fit for consumption. It may even bring us much harm. Jz like what's happened to my health & well-being now cz.. "I ate some" :(

One short conversation almost "killed" me yesterday. Was coughing like crazy after that & almost went out of breath. Sigh! Darn worried that I would get a relapse or jz drop dead! Thank God I'm okay today. Jz remembered someone telling me that I should stay away & steer clear from that environment if I still want to "keep my sanity". How true..

So pls allow me to "flee".. A good horse almost NEVER looks back :)
