Today..

Boss summoned. Went through her presentation with me & nagged at my "slowness" in learning the software & also in my work. Told her of my feeling of inadequacy but she claimed she didn't want to hear of it! She felt that it's because I lacked passion & motivation for my job. She put it very "nicely".. She said the learning & training of the software will be a challenge for me. Haiz.. Always like that one :( Well, at least I must say she's been really patient at times. But the other day when she "fed" me with her "cat noodles", it was really nasty & harsh. Very difficult to swollow..

Then later in the evening, something "shocking" happened. All these years, we have never seen her scold SH. But it happened today. Over some "issues", she actually raised her voice, yelled & eventually gave SH a big fat scolding. She mentioned that SH was rude to her. She asked for an apology but SH felt she wasn't in the wrong. First time we saw SH cried. Really bad. Seems that it was over some "politiking issues" & she felt "betrayed" by her.. Hmmm.. Haiz.. Well, there's always a first time..

Eventually the matter was sorted out between both of them. SH felt she was being made a fool by "some people" who were "playing politics" so she was indeed upset. She felt boss was totally justified in giving her that scolding. She was more upset over the company rather than the scoldings.. Wise gal!
