Is asthma contagious?

I've been feeling pretty asthmatic of late. Every morning when I wake up, I feel that I have problems breathing & I sound wheezy.. RR has been asthmatic all these years & especially during the haze period he had asthma attacks very frequently. Have been working very closely with him. Now I am having all these wheezing sensations.. not only in the mornings, sometimes even in the middle of the day, or even now.. Xiao liao.. Mayday mayday!!! Help!
