Cried in office :(

Because of V-girl. But she's not the sole cause. It's the work attitude of the staff. Never expected that I'd have problems in this area - people. It's really the last on my list. I was angry cz I felt she was disrespectful; upset bcz of her indifference; sad as I felt unappreciated; disappointed with their mentality.

Told her that my kindness has been abused. If this continues, I would feel that I'm not a good "head" & perhaps it's high time I leave. Wanted so much to help them improve their working environment but apparently I've not been too successful. In fact, I've failed utterly :(
