D I S C

During the teambuilding session last month, they did a DISC test with us. It's supposed to be in a "non-work" situation. My result.. I was an "I". But I honestly don't think so leh. So this morning I did another test on my own online. And this time, I'm more "S" than anything. Next trait is a "C", then "D", then "I"!!! Good gief! An entire reversal. From a ISCD, I became a SCDI. Hahaha.. Wonder what that means.. Hmmm..
