I paid a visit to my doc yesterday for my regular check-up. As usual, was late for my appt :) Results were not too satisfactory. BP's at 140/90, so still considered "high".. Will need to monitor over another 6 weeks. Sigh.. & my weight didn't drop either! Hahahahahaha..
