Sleeping hours

Really need to regulate my sleeping hours! It's 3am now & I'm still up blogging! High time to lead a more disciplined lifestyle. Will try out next week to go to bed slightly earlier.. perhaps by midnight or 1am? Hopefully I can fix my broken-down biological clock. Hehe..

Do work and keep urself bz during the day like normal working class n u'll sleep like a baby in no time. trust me.. i can hardly keep my eyes open now.. ~blue
