Why so wet?

It's been raining quite frequently lately.. How come? It's April already.. No longer the rainy season.. Hmmm.. Is it the monsoon season now? Dunno.. My geographical knowledge has all been "given back" to my school teacher.. Hehe.. Just know that with such heavy downpour practically everyday, it's causing inconvenience aplenty :(
