Happiness

Just read an article on this. It suggests that we only mix with cheerful friends as the grouchy ones will drag us down! Hahaha..
The other thing to do is to appreciate simple things in life.
Okay, I do agree with that.

Personally, I believe that in order to be happy, one needs to be contented. Must know now to count blessings. One also needs to know Jesus. He is the only source to true happiness.

Actually, am watching "Winners & Sinners" on cable now. It's quite an old movie. Rather funny. All star casts though.. Jackie Chan, Samo Hung, John Shum, Richard Ng, Charlie Chin, Fung Sui Fan, Philip Chan, Cecilia Yip, & Cherie Chung. Wonderbar! Well, nowadays they sure don't make movies like they used to.

Yes, a good movie will also make me happy!
