Death Certificate
So timely.. Just received Mac's death certificate in the mail today. The ARVC is so sweet. They actually sent us a sympathy card, personalized & laminated :)

U have to let AVA know..?
They sent me a letter, 1 year on, asking me to pay for the license of my doggy, even tho the death cert was sent to them. :`(
