The Body Clock


I think my biological clock has finally gone bonkers and decided to shutdown. I've not been able to sleep at my "normal hours" anymore! It used to be that my "normal" is already not normal.. and now it's super-abnormal!!!

I can't seem to fall asleep in the night & I don't like to sleep in the day! Problem is I feel very tired but I don't feel sleepy. The only time I tend to fall asleep is when I'm on the public transport, be it the bus, MRT, or taxi.

I think I'm too stressed & my mind is too active. Went to see Dr P S Lim this morning but she refused to prescribe any sleeping pills to me:( My BP reading was rather high, at 160/90. So she suggested that instead of taking pills, I should "go read a boring book, listen to some soothing music & drink a glass of warm milk".. & according to her, that should work. Hahaha... Fat hope lah!
