Old folks.. Sigh!

Can't imagine that my mum & I can actually end up in an argument over GARBAGE! Sigh! Guess she's really so free that she has nothing better to do, plus she is always ever so kind.. Sigh!

It's those so-called "karang-gunis" who give you a yellow plastic bag stating their days of collection. So she got very excited thinking that she is doing charity. But she got the date wrong! Happily this morning, she industriously carried everything out to the corridor waiting for these people to come. A genuine karang-guni man came by to ask if she wants to sell the stuffs to him at $2 which she turned him down FLAT! Then he tried to persuade her that those other group will not be coming today, plus that they are actually not doing this for charity, that the monies to go to their boss' pocket instead, & that this so-called boss has already made it rich now & stahing in a bungalow, etc, etc.. She stubbornly gave him a big fat "NO", waited & waited, to no avail.. Finally I checked for her & found out that the next collection date is 28th or this month & not 20th! Woahahahaha.. Told her that she should've jz "sold" those old newspapers to that karang-guni instead.. Then asked if she wants me to carry the stuffs back in for her & she is now "mad" as me. I've always told her that she's snatching garbage from other people which I simply do not understand her rationale. Obviously she didn't understand my point either.. double-sigh..

Sigh! Old folks & women are the most difficult people to understand..
