My mum needs to gain some weight!!!

Brought mum to her geriatric doc yesterday. Her usual doc, Dr Dennis Seow, is back in action :) He was away for 6 months (2006-2007) on a short course at McGill.

Upon checking my mum, he commented that he's shocked that so many things have happened to her during his absence. He was particularly concerned about her weight loss. He told me that in 2005 she was 59kg & now she is 53. Not a good sign so he recommended that she takes multivitamins & he mentioned Centrum Siiver.

Hmmm.. So should I give her Centrum or Usana? I reckon I should jz let her take Centrum since this only requires her to take once a day which is what she's used to :) Ta-da.. Decision made.
