I'm in Penang!
Yes, in Penang now! But on the mainland, not on the island :(
Really felt cheated boy!! We actually ended up at this place called Juru.. absolutely no idea where it is!!?! & everything is soooo
i-n-c-o-n-v-e-n-i-e-n-t! We couldn't get around without having to inconvenience someone to come pick us! & all the travelling takes at least half to one hr at least :( Xiao liao lor!!!
Sooooo tired from the 1st night as we took the coach - journey lasted over 10 hrs!!! We left Singapore at 9.45pm, Friday, & reached Juru around 8 the next morning. Very tired cz couldn't rest proper on the bus even thought they told us that it's really "comfortable". Yesterday was another tiring day.. & today, the actual wedding day.. more so..

Thanks for your posting but the trip was really not that enjoyable as we NEVER got to get onto the island of Penang. No sight of Penang Bridge!! My niece's husband DID NOT make any provisions for it! So we were stuck travelling between Juru (their home) & Bt Mertajam (the hotel) the whole time :( Each trip takes more than half an hr. It's real torture.
