活好当下

Was watching this HK TV series & heard this saying - 活好当下. Don't actually know the meaning of this. So looked it up on the internet & found that it says something like "live everyday as it it's your last". Hmmm.. Interesting :)

Extracted this from somewhere.. “要把每一天当作生命里的最后一天过，砍掉昨天，截住明天，如果只有今天一天活命了，要怎样去活这一天？” In short, it's 活好活着的每一天。

Well, this seems to be in line with biblical teachings. The Lord says:

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." ~ Matthew 6:34
