My New Part-time

Thought since I've resigned, I should be more "available" these days. So I thought the tuition timing would be a breeze.. Unfortunately, this is not so.

I don't get to leave office until around 7pm most of the time so starting my tuition at 7pm is impossible! Wanted to arrange for a later time with my client but it seems that they have actually made a lot of "sacrifices" & adjustments in order to make allowance for this 7-8pm timeslot! Apparently my "student" usually goes to bed at 7pm!!! Good grief! So because I could only go in the night, they have shifted her entire daily schedule to fit in this tuition hour. Sigh!

What to do now?? Plus I'm not really being paid a lot for this.. e.g. I'm not charging them for my 1st lesson cz I was late & felt bad about it; & today also didn't charge cz was held up in office again so I rushed there in a taxi, still arrived late, & the fare cost me $12! So, in fact, I think I've undercharged them, plus half of what I earn will go to the agent for the 1st month. Sigh.. I'm just too nice & dumb. Think I've made myself a raw deal again :(
