My Present Condition

Supposed to go for this check-up at Alexander Hospital this afternoon. Contemplating whether to go or not. Feel like chickening out.

Very sleepy now. If I were to drive a car, it will be as the pix above.. Besides the lack of hours in my sleep, I also think the sleep apnae thingy is catching up on me..
