CNY Eve

Brother returned yesterday from Shanghai for his CNY break. Mum, of course, was elated to see him. Well, at least this year he has the decency to arrange for reunion dinner at his place. Guess things are looking slightly better for him now..

Dinner was good. We enjoyed it as it's not the usual chicken & pork. His wife prepared some vietnamese spring rolls, salads & we also had prawns & baked crayfish. Yummy.. Of course mummy's soup was also delicious. The only regret was I did not manage to meet my darling niece as she had to leave early for another reunion dinner at the restaurant before I arrived. Well, too bad.. Guess I will see her on New Year's Day itself lor :)
