Probation..

Ya, I'm still on probation. Apparently now I'm not good enough :(

When I started in Sept, I found out that I was put on 6 months probation! Surprise, surprise.. But they told me that that's company practice, quite normal. Well.. During this period, I just need 2 weeks' notice to tender. After confirmation, I will need to give 2 months' notice.

Then in Dec, my boss suddenly suggested pre-confirming me. Wanted me to tell HR that she's so pleased with my performance that she wants to confirm me sooner. Taken by surprise, I kind of turned her down, stating the resignation period as a reason. She didn't take this rejection well.. Haha..

Yesterday, she asked me to appraise myself. Then she said I'm really not that good, as in, what I'm good at, I'm really very good & she's very pleased. But other than that, she thinks I'm not good enough, in many other areas, for an early confirmation. Ha! Que sara sara lor.. Whatever she says lor.. Haiz.. Afterall, like she always says..
