AMK issues

Just found out the housing agent didn't transfer the utilities account to the tenants. How inefficient can one get? She promised both parties that she'll get it done but apparently didn't. Haiz.. Who has time to do follow-up. Imagine I only found out after so long.. since March leh!

Tenants called last week to inform that water heater brokedown. So had to get them a new one. Told them I've no time to do it so they need to go settle it themselves. Good thing they are pretty problem-free tenants. Phew!
