The Villain

Was watching this HK TVB series "Misleading Track" by Deric Wan. He's really so perfect as the villain. Fits to the T. He never fails to satisfy the audience in such roles. Seems that he really has "the face" for it. After so many years away from TVB, he's still the best choice for such evil characters. It's sheer pleasure watching his "wickedness".. the way he handles his 3 wives.. frames the 1st one, drowns the 2nd one, & deceives the 3rd.. Now I'm jz waiting to see how he meets his end.

Although I do enjoy watching Bowie Lam & Louisa So very very much, both are wonderful artistes in their own rights, Deric Wan has definitely outshone them in his performance here. I was trying to picture Bowie in Deric's role but felt that Deric is definitely a better fit. That brought me back to those days when he was playing the villain in 1989's "Looking Back In Anger" 义不容情 & 1991's "The Breaking Point" 今生无悔. Soooo good as the evil one.. You really love to hate him!
