Swollen left ankle

Sob! My left ankle is swollen! Pain pain.. So now I can't walk long distance, can't squat, can't stretch my left foot :( Not sure what is the cause.. Perhaps it's because I twisted it the other day, or maybe it's my gout acting up on me.. Or it could also be an old injury.. Whatever it is, it's causing some inconvenience..
