Cedele

Niece & I went over to Cedele after we were done at TTSH cz she wanted to buy her orange & cranberry biscuit. We both confirmed that we haven't been there for quite some time as we felt that the service standard has deteriorated tremendously. When we were there, she decided to buy some lavendar biscuits instead. We saw this box which contained a few pieces so I told her to buy that. The staff told us that there were 4 pcs inside so she bought another 2 pcs of raspberry thumbprint biscuit to make a total of 6 pcs cz 1 biscuit = $1, & 6 biscuits = $5.50. Sigh! Guess what? When we got home, we discovered that there were only 3 pcs in the box so we felt so cheated! The guy should've checked instead of assuming & we trusted his "guage". Oh boy! The quality of service has indeed reached rock-bottom! Seems that the few times my niece patronised them, they've either taken her order wrongly or they tend to stinge on the ingredients.. portions have become much less compared to last time! She has decided that she will definitely write to complain.
