Yawn.. Yes, I'm up & about! Sigh.. Cz I need to change tapes at 9am! Sooo tired again, from the packing last nite.. & today's gonna be a busy day!

Can you imagine when my niece & I packed my mummy's cassette tapes, plus those previously owned by my daddy, they acutally have 597 tapes in total, & still counting.. cz there are still many more lying around the house! & mummy simply refuses to throw them away.. Haiz.. My niece was commenting that she can't imagine anyone owning so many audio tapes unless it's a radio station or some kind of tape library.. Hahaha.. How true..

Yesterday completed handing over with Ah Boy, my Singaporean
ex-tenant from AMK flat.

Later today, I need to settle matters with brother's Filipino tenants, Roel & Marivic, @Yew Tee. They've moved out yesterday & will meet me today for proper handing over of the apartment, inventory & keys. Nguyet will be touching down on Feb 28. Seems she needs to start work 2nd week of March, I think, while brother & baby will probably be back some time in April.

Tonight gotta meet Cammy & company, my new AMK Malaysian tenants, for handing over of the flat & keys.. Haiz.. Busy, busy...

With all these housing activities going on, why don't I just become a property agent! Woahahaha...
