Yup, it's finally back. But my files are all gone! Not retrievable :(
KK only managed to get back a few jpg files for me but not the rest. Boohoohoohoo.. He says if I want to recover the rest, I may need to go to those recovery centres & spend few hundreds or few thousands to get them back. Sigh! So I have to resign to the fact that they are gone because I actually don't know how important are those files that are lost!! There are simply too many of them.
All my pictures and music files are gone. All the files in my C-drive's gone.. And I think they're now gone for good. Sigh!!
Just remembered that I have a "password" file with all my passwords & websites recorded. So now that this file's gone, I may have problems accessing some of my registered sites (don't know how many) & email & membership accounts. Don't know what to do now but sulk! Hahaha..

Hi. It has happened to me years ago so I still remember that I was so so moody. But I now invest in an external hard disk and I will periodically update it. In case my PC "died" on me, I can still smile. Why don't you start doing that? A 2GB thumbdrive should be fine. -Faithful

Well, I may SULK but I can also "still smile" lah.. Afterall there are worst things happening to me :(
.. also, didn't you notice my "hahaha.."? Well, so as a matter of fact, I was actually "laughing", but not so heartily, of course :)
.. but the truth is.. I'm still EXTREMELY EXTREMELY upset lah..
