Lord, help me!

This toothache is killing me. It's been nagging me the past days, if not months. But tonight is exceptionally bad. Started around 9pm. Extremely painful. Just do not understand why of all days it has to happen tonight :(

Took 2 ponstan around 9.30pm. Didn't stop the pain. Really really very painful. Cannot tahan. Don't know what to do now. Took 2 panadols around 11.15pm. The pain still did not go away. Becoming more & more painful. I'm really genuinely dying..

Prayed so many times.. Prayed & prayed & prayed.. God, please stop the pain..
