Blood Pressure extremely HIGH!
Yes.. When I went to Shenton Medical Group for my pre-employment medical check-up, the doctor confirmed that my bp level was very high! It was 170/110 which is the same as the reading taken some time last year during the closure of the panel. Told him it was due to the fact that I didn't take my medication for a week after I ran out of it but had no time to collect from my regular doctor cz the polyclinic queue is always very very long.
I was doubtful of the group doctor's assessment so I decided to visit my regular doctor the next day to collect my medicine as well as check on my bp again. This time, she confirmed that it was 160/100, slightly lower than the day before.
Sigh! No choice lor.. Need to take medicine regularly lor.. She told me not to give her a shock if eventually I need to be admitted to the hospital due to stroke :(
Hmmmm.. & can you imagine that I need to go for medical check even for a part-time job?? Well, never imagined it to be do problematic. Haiz..
